Our Approach

The first stage of our Executive Search process is to engage with the key stakeholders. We listen and learn about their needs and the role. We can then create a detailed applicant brief. This includes an organisation background briefing paper, job description, person specification, and remuneration package.


Each Executive Search assignment requires a bespoke search strategy that may include traditional advertising, headhunting, and other media. This generally combines traditional and web-based search tools.


After compiling a long list of qualified and experienced candidates, our consultant interviews them, usually in the form of a telephone interview. We will objectively and independently evaluate people who work for or know your company.


Your consultant will then create a shortlist usually comprising of the best 4-5 people on the market. You will choose which candidates you wish to interview and we will schedule interviews.  Your consultant is also available to attend the final panel as an independent observer for further guidance in your decision making. 


In addition, we will assist you with reference checking and the negotiation of terms of employment and salary.
